Clients’ Need: This lively young family (with two preschool-aged kids!) needed to regain some of their integrated family room-playroom space back after having it slowly taken over by toys!  This couple is very social, and needed the toys to find an elegant home at the end of the day so they could have their main space be clutter-free and easily entertainment-ready when needed.

Constraints: No major construction could be done as they are part of an HOA. Durability, safety and practicality of design choices had to be primordial since this is a kids’ space 99% of the time. Most toys had to remain in the same space as that is where the kids play. Kids have to be able to easily access the toys on their own.
